Home laboratory services are a medical solution where a certified sampler/nurse comes to your home to perform laboratory tests—usually blood tests, urine tests, or throat swabs. Instead of waiting in line, dealing with the stress of a morning at the clinic, or worrying about infections, you receive the service exactly where it is most convenient for you: at home!
The service is especially suitable for the elderly or bedridden patients, parents of infants, particularly busy individuals, and those in isolation or at medical risk.
How Does It Work?
The process of receiving home laboratory services is simple, accessible, and designed for maximum patient convenience. Here is a breakdown of the service steps:
1. Advance Scheduling
The first step is ordering the service—leave your details on our website, and we will get back to you with a personalized solution.

Confirmation, Reminder, and Instructions
After booking the appointment, you will receive a confirmation message and sometimes a reminder shortly before the scheduled time. In some cases, preliminary instructions will also be sent—for example, to fast for 12 hours or not to drink coffee before the test—depending on the type of test.
3. Sampler Arrival at Home
A certified medical sampler, usually a medic or nurse, arrives at your home with sterile equipment, a sample kit, and a computerized system that allows them to check the referral and document the test. The sampler will identify you by ID card, explain the testing process, and ensure everything is clear and comfortable for you.
4. Performing the Test
The test is performed in a quiet and comfortable location of your choice at home. Usually, this involves drawing blood from the arm or collecting urine or stool samples, as needed. The sampler uses single-use equipment and adheres to safety and hygiene protocols.
5. Transporting Samples to the Laboratory
After the test is completed, the samples are packed in a designated cooling container and sent to a licensed laboratory. The service includes full responsibility for maintaining sample integrity during transport.
6. Receiving Results
Within 1–5 business days, depending on the type of test, results are received through one of the following methods:
- Through the health fund (in the personal area on the website or app)
- Through the private laboratory (by email or customer portal)
- Directly to the treating physician, if necessary
